Point your camera at the truck's licence plate and tap the capture button. The app sends the image to a secure server which reads the plate using AI, then displays the result for you to confirm before saving. The image is discarded immediately after reading.
The free version includes 10 AI plate scans per day. The limit resets at midnight. If you reach the limit, you can still log trucks by entering the plate number manually — just type it into the plate field on the confirm screen.
Yes. When offline, the automatic plate scanning is unavailable but you can still log any truck by entering the plate number manually. All trip counts, times, and shift data are stored on your device and never require an internet connection.
Tap Export Report on the home screen. The app generates a PDF with all trucks, trip counts, and timestamps from your current shift. You can save it to your Files app, share it via AirDrop, or email it directly to a site manager.
Tap End Shift & Clear Data, enter the site manager's email address, and tap Send Report. The app attaches the PDF and opens your mail app ready to send. You can also use Export Report at any time during a shift to share a progress report.
Yes. Once you have ended at least one shift, a Shift History button appears on the home screen. Tap it to browse previous shifts and re-export any report as a PDF.
Shift data is stored locally on your device and is included in your standard iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iPhone settings. We do not store your data on any external server.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored shift data. You can also clear the current shift at any time using End Shift & Clear Data on the home screen.
